3rd Troop, 2nd Event with the 501st

Star Wars Death Troopers novel writer Joe Schreiber made an appearance at the Folsom,CA Borders Book Store on 15 October, 2009. Myself and several other 501st members were there to ensure the Empire maintained order and control.

1st "Troop" with the 501st

Well, I did it! I went out with the 501st on my first official troop as Darth Vader and had a GREAT TIME! Star Wars in Concert came to Arco Arena here in Sacramento. There were two performances, 8pm Friday, 9 Oct 2009 and 3pm Saturday, 10 Oct 2009. I volunteered to suit up and was accepted. Here's a couple of photos from the event.

Acceptance into the 501st

Well, it's been many years in the making, with lots of attention to detail and making sure I was going about the process in the correct way...but I was approved and received my final 501st Membership number today. I'm officially SL-2294 with the Central California Garrison.

What an honor! Thanks Eugene and Scott! I look forward to trooping with everyone!
